This combination comes in two key components: 

 

The butt plug harness is designed to fit comfortably around the waist, cock and balls of the wearer. The harness includes a butt plug pouch, 3 incorporating locking buckles and a steel 2" cock ring. The harness fits men with waists from 29 - 40 inches and can be used without locks or the butt plug. The harness is made of a quality leather that is both durable and comfortable.
