Summary Terms and Conditions as at January 2011

Handling
All orders received before 12pm (Monday to Friday) for items that are in stock are generally dispatched on the same day. Where an item is found to be out of stock we will notify you immediately.
You will receive confirmation updates by email during the order and dispatch process.
Dispatch
All items are dispatched in discreet packaging with no indication as to content. The shippers name on the packaging will be Biens Connus Limited, Hitchin, Herfordshire, UK.
All packages will need to be signed for.
Depending upon weight and size all items dispatched to UK and BFPO addresses are generally handled by the Post Office or Parcel Force. All items dispatched to international addresses are generally handled by Royal Mail AirSure (Registered) or Fedex.
Condition
All items should be received in good working order. All items, except batteries, are subject to manufacturers standard warranty terms.
If you believe any item, other than batteries, is defective please first Submit a Ticket on the Support pages letting us know the order number, item number and description and the problem you have experienced. If we are unable to resolve the problem immediately we will provide return instructions.
Unwanted Items
Unused items in their original condition and unopened packaging can be returned to us within 21 days of receipt for credit or refund, no questions asked.
If you wish to return an unwanted item please first Submit a Ticket on the Support pages to request a Return ID and return address details.
Returns
Do not return any items without first having requested a Return ID and return address details using the Submit a Ticket service on the Support pages.
For used/defective items please also include a notice in the returns packaging explaining in simple terms what the problem seems to be.
Please ensure that all used/defective items are cleaned prior to return.
All returns should be sent Royal Mail (Signed for) or Parcel Force.
Refunds
Defective and unwanted items notified within 21 days of receipt are available for refund.
All other items are subject to reimbursement credit against future purchases.
Loyalty Points
Loyalty points are offered at the sole discretion of Biens Connus Limited and have no cash value.
Biens Connus Limited may at its sole discretion change or terminate the Loyalty Points program or deduct or suspend or terminate the Loyalty Points awarded for any particular transaction or account, without liability or recompense.
